Assistant to the CEO

The Assistant to the CEO will serve as the executive assistant in a one-on-one working relationship to the President & CEO. Additional responsibilities include supporting the major and planned giving programs and supporting the Development team as needed. The Assistant to the CEO works as the primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence pertaining to the President & CEO. Applicants must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Must be able to work cooperatively as part of a team as well as take direction and work with minimal supervision and be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
