Red Shoe Ball 2009
Hundreds of Ronald McDonald House supporters gathered on April 25, 2009 with their red shoes to celebrate and fundraise at the new Ronald McDonald House. A great time was had by all who attended the first big event in the new House.
The evening began with a VIP reception. Ronald arrived in his tux. In keeping with the theme, red shoes abounded in many different shapes and sizes. Guests enjoyed a variety of cuisines at various food stations created by the best chefs in town. Silent and live auction items kept everyone busy contributing to the future of the House. A guest family shared their heart-wrenching story of putting the pieces back together after a terrible car accident. The crowd was dazzled by live entertainment by a young group of talented local kids.
Everyone had a great time and showed their support of the families at the House in a big way!
