May 23 is the 3rd in our 2010 series of Cooking Classes with major chefs. On May 23,  Chef Jeffrey Kaplan of Luc's Bistro will provide a day of Southern culinary fun in the kitchen at the Ronald McDonald House. On the menu are Shrimp with creamy Grits and Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting!
