Every day at the Ronald McDonald House many deserving families find care, compassion and comfort at their home away from home.  They come from San Diego area hospitals where their sick or injured child is being treated, to stay the night, have a meal, do their laundry, talk to other parents in similar situations, and to use some of the many other services that we provide.

Due to an overwhelming need, we built an expansive new House that quadruples our capacity to serve families in medical crisis. Local McDonald's Restaurants generously provide about 10% of our annual budget. We raise the remaining 90% from caring individuals, foundations and corporations, community groups, and special events.

Thousands of people each year help these deserving families with donations of $5 to $1,000. All donations are greatly appreciated!
